I was admiring my new Huffy Cruiser bicycle this past Monday afternoon. Its a great bike and I had it parked right near Port Authority. I was looking at the nice sky and light that was falling on the area and this bicyclist drove right by. See the blossoms on the tree in the background?

Then this homeless person in rain gear asked me for some money, surprise surprise. Nice color combination there isn't it?

THAN the pop singer MYA showed up, got out of her limo.......

and walked by me looking very chill, pretty and ready to enjoy herself......ahh I love NYC.

Mon Henk Was a Wonderful Person...........

While she wasn't in my everyday life, Mon Henk left an impression on me as someone who was truly individual and loving of her family and community at the same time. She came her from Colombia speaking no English, can you imagine? Got a job at a bakery to learn the language and set up her tattoo shop. So Bright and Optimistic. She was in a hit and run accident while riding her motorcycle in Brooklyn. Please see the sites below for info on rewards to the capture of the individual that took her life.
